Indy's Brooksource is entering for the third year and has won $20,000 for Indy's Dream Academy. Employees have been investing in Dream Academy students for the last four years by mentoring, encouraging and spending time with them.

When the students of the Dream Academy heard about families in Mexico who don't have homes and children who can't go to school because they don't have school supplies, they decided to take the lessons they've learned from Brooksource and pass some of those blessings on to the families and children in Mexico.

Dream Academy students went to Mexico to build a house for a family and deliver schools supplies with money they raised. Brooksource shows us, when you pay it forward you never know how far reaching the effects can be. The Dream Academy students took paying it forward further than anyone ever expected. They went international!

Dreaming big now turns into a practical lesson in giving and the power of the human spirit. It's a lesson that has changed these young people, how they view their own potential and their ability to make a difference in the lives of others.
